The project need
Players and organizers often coordinate matches across messages, social groups and separate bracket tools. They need to know who is participating, who is ready and what happens next when an opponent does not arrive.
What we built
- Player discovery and coordination. Friends, messaging, Ready Now challenges, Squads and planned sessions in a console-inspired web experience.
- Tournament operations. Draft preparation, entry review, check-in, bracket creation, results, advancement and organizer-managed recovery for absent players.
- Flexible presentation. Classic and Console interfaces, optional fullscreen and sound, plus manual brackets with print and image-export views.
What it makes possible
- One connected competition workflow. Organizers can follow an event from setup through attendance, results and a champion outcome.
- Clear exception handling. Recovery controls distinguish extra attendance time and unplayed walkovers from confirmed match results.
Where the project stands
GoodGame is in early access and tester use. The platform coordinates play in external games; DT7 is not claiming to have developed those games. Screenshots use demonstration participants and simulated results. Expanded competitive features remain future work.
